So alongside the daily Foundations of Yoga practice, I was also looking for a longer, regular practice.

I usually enjoy the 30-day challenges, but this time I’ve decided to try something a little longer. Lesley Fightmaster’s Yoga Fix 90.

Lesley says that according to some studies it takes 90 days to build a habit, which is why she’s created a 90-day yoga playlist. Now 90 days may seem like a lot of days. And it is. But take this challenge with me and let’s see how far we can go.
