Last year I had a lot of free time on my hands (those were the days) and I was looking for something new. Over the years I’d read up a bit on yoga and what it was, but I never thought it was something I would try.
The thought of walking into a yoga class was petrifying (it still is). All those lean, lithe bodies twisting into practiced pretzels? Nooit.
But then I stumbled on this free 30-day online yoga challenge. Finally! I thought, something I can do in the comfort of my own home and not look like a twat in front of a group of people.
So I gave it a try, and I was hooked!
