What an amazing yoga practice! Especially if you’re a desktop jocky like me.

I love twists for the way they help me unwind after a long day in front of the laptop. Sitting for extended periods of time is not healthy, so at the end of each day I try to work a few twists into my practice. But this entire practice was dedicated to twists, and was quite challenging, especially the side crow balance.

Such fun!
