I try not to make a secret about it, but if it weren’t for Jamie Morton and Trihardist spinning, I don’t think I would’ve been as into spinning as I am today.

About 2 years ago I was looking for something aerobic, but low impact, to compliment my running. I wasn’t a fan of the gym (we all have confidence issues) and needed something I could do at home, by myself. Swimming was an option, but without a gym membership, I wasn’t about to be diving into any public pool in the middle of Winter.

And then I found spinning. I’d never tried it before, but it sounded interesting. So a few Google searches later and I found amazing playlists on http://www.trihardist.com. It was such a relief and I rushed out to get my very own spinning bike. After I’d rolled it into my apartment and set everything up, I was still super excited. And what a workout it was!

Thanks to Jamie, I now create my own spinning playlists, and it’s such fun! This month, I’d like to share one of the playlists with you: an introduction to hills.
