A blast from the past! This week I felt like going back to the first very podcasts and playlists that got me into spinning last year.

After wanting to try something new but not quite sure what I wanted, I waded my way through the Internet and stumbled on these spinning podcasts created by Jamie Morton at trihardist.com. She takes you through each song and each rotation and was a pretty great coach when I was looking for some direction and motivation in my cardio routines.

Today I tackled the Cadence spin, which seemed pretty easy at all these months. But don’t be fooled, the standing spins are killer! And I also realised that I’ve been taking the standing spins way too easy in my own spin mixes.

There is no playlist as Jamie will guide you through everything.
