Over the next few weeks I’ve decided it’s time to really dig into the heart of the yoga poses or asanas.

On the Yoga with Adriene YouTube channel I found this great playlist about The Foundations of Yoga, in which my favourite yoga teacher, Adriene Mishler, explains a few yoga basics and how to move into certain poses.

I’ve been looking for a daily series like her 30 Days of Yoga, as I find switching between different videos that aren’t really connected in some way a little disjointed. So I hope you’ll join me on this Foundations of Yoga journey for the next 34 days.
