Next up on the spinning playlist is one called sweat. Unfortunately just as I was beginning to enjoy it, the playlist ended. Yes it said there were 8 tracks listed but sadly only 4 played šŸ™

1. S ā€“ warmup
2. ABH – standing climb (start the climb with resistance at 6; halfway click it up to 7)
3. TQ – seated climb (click the resistance down to 5 and have a seat)
4. IMI – interval sprints (20″ sprints followed by 20″ active recovery)

Whatever playlist you get pushed to or skip to, follow the same pattern – track 5 = flat road; track 6 = standing climb; track 7 = seated climb; track 8 = interval sprints; and track 9 = cool down.
