3. A Little Party Never Hurt Nobody – race
4. Wild Child – standing climb (click the resistance up to 7; after 1 minute click it up to 8; after another minute click it up to 9)
5. Cry – skip
6. Animals – interval sprints (30” sprint alternated with 30” active recovery)
7. Do U Love – seated climb/standing climb (click the resistance up to 5 and hit that hill; halfway click it up 7 and tackle the hill standing; after 1 minute click it up to 8)
8. Rattle – race to the finish line
9. Wake Me Up – cool down
