This week I’ve found a new user to follow on LARecreative has compiled a few spinning playlists, and seems the main genre is dubstep. I didn’t spin through all the tracks; some of them are quite long and I’d prefer to ease into a Monday with a quick 30-minute spin.

So let’s see where the week takes us…

1. WCMTWS – warmup
2. D – weighted spin with the resistance at 4, halfway through crank the resistance up to a 5
3. S – seated climb, halfway through get up out the saddle and finish in a standing climb
4. Skip
5. SMBU – Tabata sprints (20 seconds sprints, 10 seconds active recovery)
6. Skip
7. P – cool down
