Rise and grind my lovelies, we’re back on the bike this morning!

We’re making our way through the last few of the YYC Cycle WECOULDBEHEROEZ spinning playlists.

1. 1R warm up; we haven’t done this in a while so check in with your body, as I always say, back straight, chest up, heels down
2. 2IJCD seated climb; turn the resistance up to a 5 or 6
3. 3BT race; hang in there, it’s a long one
4. 4S standing climb, make it count
5. 8GS 30 x 30 race; on for 30 seconds, off for 30 seconds, and repeat
6. 9DNN standing climb
7. 10C cool down
