I’ve returned to my very first yoga teacher who was my introduction to yoga, Erin Motz.
I’m not usually in my own space at home on Saturday mornings, so I mostly skip yoga practice over the weekends. But this morning I needed to return to my centre after a rough week that had my body feeling like it was filled with toxins. I found a quick-start morning flow to get my boy moving again and it’s helped bring a sense of normality and balance back.
I recommend this yoga practice for any morning really, and I’ll definitely be returning to it again.
