Happy Friday spinners and yogis! Looking for a quick Friday yoga warmup this morning?

Yes, yes, I’m probably one of the most inconsistent blogger and I’m not following any of the advice I’ve read on “how to grow your blog and other things serious bloggers should be doing”, but you know what, I’ve reached a stage in my life where I’m just going to do me.

So if I update my blog once a week, once a month, or once a year, if I’m happy, then I’m happy 😉 Anyhoo, enough of the early morning rant!

A few weeks ago I discovered another lovely YouTube yoga channel, Yoga by Candace, run by Candace Moore. There are tons are really great yoga videos, categorised by length and style. This morning I spent a little more time in bed, but still wanted to practice, and this quick 5-minute yoga warmup was perfect!
