On most Saturday mornings, I do a quick 5km Park Run. I don’t always go to the same park each week, but I definitely do a yoga stretch flow afterwards. It’s been a while since I recorded any of my yoga flows or even posted a few pictures on Instagram. I’m experimenting with my YouTube channel again, but there’s definitely more and new fun stuff coming up soon. But that’s for another post.
