Last week Adriene posted a new yoga video, with the promise of a full 7 –day morning yoga routine to follow soon (yay!).

Now I don’t usually practice in the morning anymore as I leave that for spinning and strengthen training/toning on the alternate days, but this morning I thought I’d give the new video a try. If you’re looking to ease into your day and set intentions for it, this is a great place to start. Easy and gentle stretches with guided breathing will help guide your body and mind into a calm space before the stresses of the day begins.
