It’s cold. It’s dark. But we’re on our bikes. It’s another week of collating playlists from 8tracks.com and today we’re spinning Mind/Matter by an anonymous user.

We’ve got some pop, some rock, basically it’s a collection of upbeat songs. Didn’t quite get me pumped, but hey, it gets the feet turning the pedals over.

1. GA – warm up (you can pick up the pace a little, no need to stick to the BPM if it’s too slow)
2. S – seated climb (click the resistance up to 5, it’ll feel more like a jog)
3. JGU – interval sprints (20” sprint alternated with 20” active recovery)
4. TTSR – standing climb (it’s another jog; click the resistance up to 6; halfway, sit down into a seated climb and take the resistance down 2 clicks)
5. SIO – standing climb (click the resistance up to 7; halfway, sit down into a seated climb and take the resistance down 2 clicks)
6. AIF – time trial (click the resistance to 4, head into the arrow position and spin it out)
7. H – standing climb
8. RTR – race (start the resistance at 3; halfway click it up to 4)
9. M – cool down
