Even though I covered a new yoga pose, today’s practice was pretty chilled. And definitely a happiness boost!
Like most good yoga teachers, Adriene has a way of catering to all yogi levels – whether you’re a beginning and expert or just super bendy. She also has a way of making you feel ok with wherever you’re at in your practice.
So if you had a bad day or even a good day, it can only get better with Day 17’s 30 Days of Yoga practice.
