Aaannnnd we’re halfway through the 30 Days of Yoga series. Gosh, I’m learning so much with this yoga practice. It just goes to show that there’s so much of yoga out there. So many poses, so many variations, and so much stiffness in my body.

Aaannnnd we’re halfway through the 30 Days of Yoga series. Gosh, I’m learning so much with this yoga practice. It just goes to show that there’s so much of yoga out there. So many poses, so many variations, and so much stiffness in my body.

I’m finding I have to pay quite a lot of attention to my breathing when moving into these new yoga poses as I’m quite tense after a full day’s work. Yoga’s become an amazing stress reliever and an essential part of my life if I want to lead it as a happy and healthy human being.

Today’s yoga practice is all about the Half Moon pose. But not before Adriene takes us through the necessary Sun Salutations and Vinyasa Flows to warm up.
