If you had a crazy start to the week, try a quick grounding yoga practice.

This video was created for Earth Day, but I found it really great as a calming practice – helping me forget about the maze and race from earlier in the day, and really focus on my breathing and posture.

There are only 3 or 4 poses in today’s practice, but it’s not about quickly moving from between poses perfectly, it’s about being mindful when in the pose. And remember, “the pose begins when you want to leave it”.
