I’m revisiting the DoYouYoga.com beginners’ series with Kristin McGee this week. Unfortunately I’m not too fond of Kristin as a yoga teacher (personal preference I guess), but this practice is great for resetting the basic poses.

Kristin takes us through the warrior sequence with smooth Vinyasas. She does move a bit quickly in the beginning but breaks down the fundamentals of each pose really well. Today’s practice has definitely helped me reset some of the bad postures I’d picked up out of neglect.
