It’s the last day (boooo) of the 30 Days of Yoga. And in true Adriene style, she allows us to find what feels good.

I must admit, I didn’t like this series when I first started following it. But it definitely grew on me, and I’ll miss Adriene’s gentle coaxing and quirky ways. However, nothing in life is permanent, not even life itself, and we must move on.

You can follow along to Adriene’s yoga practice today or you can do your own thing. The point, though, is to do what your body feels it needs.

I hope you enjoyed following the series with me. Tomorrow we start a whole new yoga journey!
