So we’re on lucky number 13 with today’s yoga practice. And my thighs were on fire! But in a good way.
It was also a good day to learn 2 new variations: 1 from Warrior 1 and a lunge hybrid and another to Warrior 3. As always the balancing was tough, and this often means having to be conscious of your breath. I find that when I’m off balance on either leg, that I tend to seize up as I clench my abs, especially when it comes to Eagle. But the best is just to breathe through and into the pose.
