This one’s for all the Bad Yogi’s out there. I haven’t practiced yoga with Erin Motz in a long time and I’m glad I found this quick crow pose flow this morning.
Erin’s already posted a couple of tutorial videos on some of the poses leading up to this one, but you don’t necessarily need to have worked through them to practice with this video. It’s a nice and gentle flow which preps your hips and core for the balancing pose that proved tricky for me near the beginning of this year.
A few months ago I finally nailed it (yay!). But I haven’t been practicing it regularly any more so my crow this morning wasn’t too bright and peppy. Practice, practice, practice.
