After a short break last week, I returned to my practice this afternoon with an easy, mindful yoga session. Adriene focuses our awareness on our breath on Day 19, and listening to what it is that our body needs.

Last week mine needed a break, this week it needs to get back into my yoga practice. So take some time today and move with your breath.
