These are the best spinning stretches you can do as a cool down after class.

No one likes to feel stiff and sore so make sure you put in a good stretch when you come off the bike. If you’ve read the “Best spinning stretches – before class” then you already know most of the stretches that should be done after a spinning class. There are a few extra stretches that you should pay attention to though.

The Stretches

Shoulders

Glutes

Hamstrings

Quads

Calves

Hip Flexors
Sitting on the bike during class and constantly pedaling can tighten your hip flexors. Give them a good stretch when you’re off the bike to loosen them up.

Lower Back
Even with perfect posture, leaning over the handlebars does take a toll on your back. Stretch it out with some yoga-inspired cat cow moves.
