Just as a disclaimer, right up front, ahead of my very first documented smoothie recipe… I am not a nutritionist. I’m just someone who loves fruit and smoothies and trying new things. I’ve decided to start putting these recipes up on the blog, so maybe someone else can enjoy them too. And the first one is berrylicious!



  • Papaya
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Ice blocks

I am purposefully not adding volumes or portions because I pretty much play around with how much of each ingredient I’d be able to eat without it being juiced. And I invite you too to play around with portion sizes too.
