So I came back. And what do you know, Day 4 was all about taking care of your back!
I have a desk job and I never used to think that I had a back problem. Until I first started practising yoga. Getting into all the twists and stretches I finally began to notice how tight and tense I really was. And loosening everything up really made a difference when I was at my desk. I could suddenly feel when I began to tense up again and it helped me beginning sitting up straight and taking little breaks from hunching over my laptop.
