Every day seems to be leg day with the 12 Minute Athlete app. It’s actually quite funny the number of times I shake my phone to get a new workout that doesn’t have burpees and tuck jumps, but alas, I can’t seem to escape burpees.

I learnt my lesson on Monday and have decided to stick to the 30” interval workouts. My body isn’t ready for the 50” ones just yet.

Today’s 12-minute workout consisted of just that, 18 sets of 30 seconds each with 10 second rests in between.

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30
:30 Burpess
:10 Rest
:30 Kettlebell Front Squats
:10 Rest
:30 Jump Lunges
:10 Rest
:30 Reptile Push Ups
:10 Rest
:30 Kettlebell Swings
:10 Rest
:30 Sit Ups

Complete each round 3 times.

You can substitute the kettlebell for weights or a medicine ball.
