I took a little break from Adriene yesterday. Not because I needed one, but you know how life goes. Which is why I was happy to return to an easy and restful Sun Salutation practice this afternoon.

Sun Salutations sometimes get a bad rap for being boring and repetitive, but they’re actually really great for stirring up your energy and reviving tired muscles. And even though I went through this practice near the end of the day, I really enjoyed Adriene’s invitation to set an intention. Whether it’s for the rest of the day or just the rest of this hour, being mindful is something I try to bring into my daily life.

So, enjoy this quick 10-minute yoga practice. Any Sun Salutation is worth it.
